You bring the idea. An AI team delivers the product.

IndieOrch puts a team of AI agents to work on your idea: they plan, build, test, and launch — while you follow everything in one place, in plain language.

Free to join. No credit card required.

IndieOrch is a platform that turns an idea into a complete software product using a team of AI agents that plan, build, test, and maintain the product — with security and cost under control, in a single subscription.

The problem

Building software has always been for the few.

Good ideas show up every day. Most hit the same wall: turning the idea into a product that actually works.

Hiring is expensive

A development team costs what most projects don't have. And a good idea stuck in a drawer never becomes a business.

AI tools stop at the start

AI apps create an impressive first version in minutes. Then come the bugs, the limits, and the famous "this is as far as it goes".

Growing is another story

When your product gets real users, the serious problems show up: data security, slowness, maintenance. That's where almost everything breaks.

The solution

An entire AI team working on your product.

On IndieOrch you don't chat with a robot that spits out code. You direct a team of specialized agents — one plans, one builds, one tests, one handles security — coordinated to deliver a product that works, grows, and doesn't surprise you at the end of the month.

  • Security handled from day one — your data and your customers', protected.
  • Quality checked on every delivery — nothing goes live on improvisation.
  • AI costs under control — agents always chase the cheapest path.
How it works

From idea to product in 4 steps

  1. 01

    Tell us your idea

Describe what you want to build, in your own words. IndieOrch organizes it into a knowledge base that becomes your project's brain.

  2. 02

The AI team gets to work

Specialized agents plan, build, and test, splitting the work like a real team — without ever losing context.

  3. 03

    Every delivery gets inspected

Before anything goes live, security, quality, and cost are checked. You follow progress in plain language, not code.

  4. 04

    Launch, measure, evolve

Ship, watch your users, and ask for the next improvements. Your product grows without starting over.

An example

Is this for me?

Mariana has an idea: an app for nutritionists to organize diet plans. She doesn't code. On IndieOrch, she describes the idea in a few sentences. The AI team researches competitors, draws up the plan, builds the first version, and tests everything. Within days, Mariana has a product live — and when the first customers arrive, she asks for the next improvements on the same platform. Without hiring anyone, without juggling five tools.

Why now

The market proved the thesis. We're taking it further.

AI building platforms like Lovable, Emergent, and Replit have raised billions — building software with AI is the new default. But they deliver the starting line, not the finish.

Market-validated

Billions invested in the space confirm it: building software with AI is no longer a trend — it's the new default.

The gap is after the demo

Turning a prototype into a product takes security, scale, and continuous maintenance. That's where almost everyone gets stuck.

Our bet

Human creativity amplified by the best of AI, with engineering built in. Tools to take you beyond the MVP — and keep you there.

Code generators compete on speed. Complete products compete on value.

All-in-one

Stop paying for five tools to run one project.

Tasks in one app, docs in another, code in a third, metrics in a fourth... Each one charges its own subscription — and none of them talk to each other.

And the most important part: everything here shares the same context. The AI that plans is the same one that builds, launches, and measures — it knows your whole project, not pieces scattered across five different accounts.

One subscription. One place. Your project's entire context.

The full cycle

From first sketch to loyal customer.

IndieOrch's purpose is to follow your project's entire life cycle — not just the build. Every stage of the journey gets a home in the platform.

  1. Ideation

Capture ideas, sketch, organize your thinking — and turn it all into a clear plan.

  2. Market research

Find out if your idea has an audience before spending a dime: AI researches competitors and demand for you.

  3. Development

A swarm of AI agents — many intelligences working at the same time, like a well-organized beehive — builds your product.

  4. Marketing

Ready-to-run creatives: ads, posts, and campaigns published straight to the ad platforms.

Plans

Start simple. Take full control when you're ready.

Monthly subscription + usage-based AI. Two plans, one for each stage of your project.

Basic

For getting ideas off the ground

Subscription announced at launch

  • Perfect for simple apps, websites, MVPs, and personal projects — Lovable and Emergent territory, with management and post-launch included.
  • Use IndieOrch's AI with zero setup: pay only for what you use, per million tokens.
  • Your code is stored and managed in GitOrch, our secure server — you handle the product, we handle the rest.
You own the code

Pro

For devs and startups

Subscription announced at launch

  • Everything in Basic, plus:
  • Medium and high-complexity projects: integrations, custom requirements, and teams working together.
  • Bring your own API keys and pay your AI provider directly, no middleman.
  • Connect your own repository: the code is 100% yours, from day one to launch.

On both plans: spending limits, real-time usage tracking, and agents chasing the lowest cost per task.

Subscription pricing will be announced at launch. Waitlist members lock in early-adopter conditions.

Frequently asked questions

Who is IndieOrch for?
Anyone with a software idea: entrepreneurs, creators, PMs, and devs. If you've never written a line of code, Basic was made for you. If you're a dev or building a startup, Pro gives you full control over code and keys.
What keeps the agents "on the rails"?
It's the controlled environment where agents work. It sets security boundaries, architecture standards, and cost targets for every run. Agents get autonomy to create — but on engineering rails. It's what separates generated code from a reliable product.
Are my data and code safe?
Security is a requirement, not a feature. IndieOrch's architecture is designed so sensitive data isn't exposed — not in the apps you build, and not in the platform. You control what goes into your knowledge base, and it belongs to you.
How does billing work? Won't it get expensive?
Each plan has a monthly subscription. On Basic, you use IndieOrch's LLM APIs and pay per million tokens used — the same model you already know from ChatGPT and Claude. On Pro, you can bring your own keys and pay your provider directly. On both, you set spending limits, track usage in real time, and agents chase the lowest cost per task.
Who owns the code? Am I locked in?
It depends on the plan. On Basic, the source code is managed in GitOrch, our secure server — you own the product, and we take care of the repository. On Pro, you connect your own repository and bring your own keys: the code is 100% yours, on open industry standards, and you can go solo anytime. And you can upgrade from Basic to Pro at any moment.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You describe, follow, and approve everything in plain language — the technical part is the agents' job. And if you're a dev, you can go deeper: review, extend, and integrate what they produce.
Does IndieOrch really replace my other tools?
Yes. Task management, docs, boards, AI building, sales, and feedback surveys live in the same place — connected by the same context. You can retire several subscriptions and stop copy-pasting information between apps.
When does it launch? How does the waitlist work?
Early access will roll out in waves. Join the list and we'll email you when your spot opens — early adopters get special launch conditions.
